Who is this group for?

You’ll feel right at home if you’re:

This is not your typical menopause program. No before-and-afters. No shame. No "fixing" anything.  Just real support, helpful info, and space to be exactly where you are.

Meet Your Guides



This group is co-led by a licensed therapist and a registered dietitian, both experienced in supporting women through midlife transitions - emotionally, physically, and relationally.

You’ll be guided by professionals who deeply understand the mind-body connection and believe in your ability to feel better, without shrinking yourself.

Founder of Among the Trees Counseling

Kate is a Clinical Social Worker, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and founder of Among the Trees Counseling and Wellness. Kate guides clients toward establishing body trust and developing joyful, peaceful relationships with food that foster genuine freedom and wellbeing. She has always valued working with smart, insightful, and introspective women in midlife. Upon entering this phase herself, she discovered how little genuine guidance existed and how often diet culture capitalized on women's uncertainty. She's now passionate about transforming midlife into a period
of increased confidence and connection.

Britt Richardson, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over two decades of expertise in health, wellness, and fitness. Britt currently runs A Full Bite Nutrition, a multi-state private nutrition practice that embodies a weight-inclusive perspective towards health. With her commitment to nurturing a balanced relationship between food, fitness, and personal growth, Britt empowers her clients to embark on transformative journeys to a healthier, happier self.
